In 2026, the official letter is B: Biscotte, Basile, Bijou, Brioche… Turn on the “purebred cat” option in the generator to see only names starting with the right letter.
💡 The official alphabet skips six letters deemed too rare: K, Q, W, X, Y, and Z. And if you fall for a name outside the letter, you can prefix it with the year’s letter and an apostrophe, for example B’Java or B’Origami.
