Refund policy
At Le Félin, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Our policy includes:
• a commercial return period of 30 days after receipt
• and the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days (European Union).
Return Period (30 Days)
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days - European Union)
If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• in its original condition (unworn / unused)
• complete (any accessories)
• in its original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
Return Procedure

Returns sent without prior request may be refused.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You must print the label and pay for the shipping of the package yourself.
Exception: if the item is defective upon receipt or if we made a preparation error, we will cover the return shipping costs (or provide you with an equivalent solution).
Damages / Order Error
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us promptly at support@lefelin.com (ideally within 48 hours) with photos so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (the bank processing time may vary).
