These Terms of Sale govern all sales made on www.lefelin.com.
By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale without reservation.

2 – Products and availability
Our products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations (colors, finishes, packaging) may occur between batches and suppliers. Products are offered while stocks last.
3 – Prices and payment
Prices are shown including VAT. Payment is made using the secure payment methods offered on the site. The order is final once payment has been confirmed.
4 – Shipping & delivery
Products ship from our suppliers’ warehouses (France, Europe or China depending on the product). The order is passed to them within 1 business day. Each product’s delivery time and ship-from country are shown on its page before purchase and detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping is free on all products, with no minimum order.
In the event of a delay or a transport incident, you are informed by email and our customer service team supports you until it is resolved (reshipment or refund).
5 – Right of withdrawal, returns & refunds
Statutory right (European Union): you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Le Félin commercial policy: we accept return requests up to 30 days after delivery. The product must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging.
Return costs: returns are free. We send you a prepaid return label.
Once received and inspected, the refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

6 – Liability
Le Félin cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product. The customer is responsible for the information provided when ordering (address, contact details, etc.).
7 – Governing law & disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
