When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LeFelin reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until LeFelin confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as LeFelin may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email. Displayed prices include VAT and shipping is free. For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, Norway, United States), customs duties or local taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery.

Shipping and delivery times are those stated in our Shipping Policy and, for some products, on the product page before purchase. If your parcel does not arrive within the stated time or seems to be lost, contact us: we offer reshipment or a refund, depending on the case. In accordance with consumer law, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the products.

Le Félin is powered by the Shopify platform, which allows us to provide you with our e-commerce service (cart, checkout, hosting).
Sales made on www.lefelin.com are concluded directly between you and Le Félin. Shopify does not act as a seller and is not responsible for products purchased from our store. By using our Services, you acknowledge that any dispute relating to products or orders must be addressed to Le Félin.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to give prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations hereunder, except to the extent you are materially prejudiced.
