Screw the metal plate to the wall, a wooden post or a catio, using fixings suited to your surface.
Assemble the hammock
Slot the frame tubes together, slip on the cover and close the Velcro strip.
Hang and tighten
Place the hammock on the bracket, then tighten the wing nut by hand.
